While your dashboard gives you lots of control over your sites, <strong>site deletion is something that only the SMILE team can carry out<\/strong>. This helps us ensure nothing is removed accidentally and that your network remains safe and stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can I delete a site myself?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u2014 for security and stability reasons, site deletion isn\u2019t something available directly within your dashboard. Instead, you\u2019ll need to request deletion from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do I request a site deletion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have two quick and easy options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Live Chat:<\/strong> Use the live chat widget in your dashboard. It\u2019s the fastest way to reach us, and our whole operations team has eyes on it. This helps us respond promptly, even if some team members are away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Desk:<\/strong> If you prefer, you can raise a support ticket via our <a href=\"https:\/\/wearesmile.com\/help\/start-a-support-ticket\/\">Service Desk form<\/a>.
