My site is currently being built
If your site has not been given the consent to go live, then the source of truth is still your design mock-ups. Your request will be actioned without needing to raise a change control request.
A pre-go-live consent form has been completed
The consent to go live shifts the source of truth to the website. After go live consent, designs are considered a guide. If you’re able to evidence that your website has changed since its launched state without your organisation’s consent, then we’ll be able to make your change via a HappyPress subscription. Otherwise you’ll need to make a change control request.
My site is live, but my organisation didn’t complete pre-go-live consent form
Since your site is live, the source of truth is the website. Your design mock-ups are now considered for indicative guidance only. You’ll need to make a change control request in order to get your new request deployed.
