User Data Storage in Hijack

If you use a form in your Hijack, we store form submissions and any user data they may contain on our server.

How is user data stored?

In our database, but we do have options to delete this data if you email a deletion request to SMILE.

Where is user data stored?

In an AWS Aurora cluster in the Ireland region.

How long is data stored for?

Until you delete it, so essentially the lifetime of the application.

Who has access to the data?

Any Hijack Publisher on your Hijack instance, and any SMILE staff with Admin access.
