There’s also no limit on the amount of chapters that you can add to a Hijack (if you have purchased the Chapters extension). And there’s no limit on the amount of Hijack’s that you can run.
Whilst you can upload an unlimited amount of content, we will reach out to you at 250GB to assess whether you can remove some old content. And any single file may only be 256mb in size.
There are no imposed limitations on users or attendees. But be sensible and plan to have attendees drip into your event. If you’re planning something bigger than 1000 concurrent attendees and/or more than 100 concurrent administrators, we advise that you let. us know so that we can scale our fleet accordingly. We need at least one months notice for events of more than 10,000 concurrent attendees and/or more than 1000 concurrent administrators.
