Adding users to Hijack

In order to administer Hijacks and answer questions, your users will need to be added by SMILE, or a partner agency.

There are two available roles:

  • Hijack Publishers
  • Live Q&A Participant

Live Q&A Participants cannot create, delete or modify Hijacks, or Hijack content, but can engage with users in the Live Q&A.

You should provide SMILE with a list of users (ideally in a CSV file) of email addresses, desired role.
