How quickly will my Evolve task be delivered?

Our Evolve subscribers benefit from the guarantee that regular hours booked into each month will be spent on their scheduled tasks by the end of that month. In most cases, new features are divided into tasks with an end-of-month deliverable in mind. This is far speedier than we could promise via ad hoc change control requests.

Evolve was created as a means by which to deliver ongoing and regular enhancements to our customers. As such, work is already prioritised in a way that we simply couldn’t promise outside of the Evolve framework.

Please be aware that delivery dates displayed in our project management systems are the result of internal scheduling process. We may target early delivery for a particular task but the ultimate due date remains the end of the Evolve month in which it is booked.

Prioritising work within an Evolve month

With the above said, we understand that unforeseen circumstances are a reality. If 4 weeks is too long to wait for a particular task, we offer a prioritisation service. This is paid as a percentage hours cost relative to the original hours estimation.

For example, if a task was estimated at 4 hours spend, under normal circumstances, it would be expected to be completed at the end of the Evolve month. If you would like it delivered sooner, the prioritisation options are outlined below:
